How long does it take to start feeling the effects of Amazonian SkinFood?
Don’t expect overnight results. Expect to see improvements in 30-60 days, with the full results taking 90+ days. With continued use, you can keep your skin looking beautiful regardless of your age.
Can I use Amazonian SkinFood while pregnant?
We always recommend consulting with your health care provider about any products that will be used during pregnancy and nursing to make sure that they do not have any concerns.
Do you ship everyday?
We ship every weekday, Monday - Friday. Orders placed on Fridays after 3 PM Eastern Time or on the weekend ship Monday. We ship via USPS Priority or First Class, which is 2-3 day shipping to almost all locations in the US.
What order should I use my skincare products in?
A.M: Wash your face with warm water and gently pat dry. Apply Sacha Inchi Face Cream to face and rub in. Next, Use our Superfruit facial rubbing in well.

Please note this is just a recommendation. Some people with dryer skin use the creams 2 x daily, so feel free to experiment with what works best for your skin. Traditionally, skin care products are recommended to be used in the order of thinnest to thickest, with water-based products being used before oil-based (Sacha Inchi Face Cream is Water Based and Superfruit Facial Oil is Oil based).

Where should I keep my Amazonian Skinfood products?
Amazonian Skinfood products can be kept at room temperature wherever you would like. Avoid keeping your products in the heat or exposed to UV rays though. It’s best to put them back in the paper tubes or to put in a cabinet in your bathroom. Too much heat and sun exposure can cause the oils to go rancid and lose their potency.
What types of payments does Amazonian Skinfood accept?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.We use Shopify's Verification System and therefore you can feel comfortable that your information and purchases are pre-screened to avoid fraud.
How long does it take for my order to be processed?
Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days. We do not ship over the weekend or on holidays, therefore any orders received after 12PM PST on Friday, will not be processed until the following Monday and may therefore take up to 72 hours for processing.
Where are Amazonian SkinFood products manufactured?
All of our products are currently manufactured in Miami, FL. All of our raw ingredients come from the Amazon Rainforest in Brazil.
I have sensitive skin. Can I use Amazonian Skinfood products?
We created Amazonian SkinFood with sensitive skin in mind.Because our products are made with no synthetic fragrances or harsh chemicals, we have had many customers with sensitive skin use our products successfully. However, It's always a good idea to test your skin to check for a reaction from any new products that you are going to use on your skin. Apply a small amount of any new Amazonian Skinfood products to clean skin on the inside of your elbow. Cover and leave for 24 hours. If a rash or redness appears, do not use this product.
